The Presidential Academy UNESCO Chair Launches a Professional Development Programme for Investment Specialists

The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) has launched a new professional development programme: International and Russian Experience in Supporting Investment Projects at the Regional and Municipal Levels. The programme was developed by the UNESCO Chair of the Presidential Academy in collaboration with the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAIDA), with a focus on international expertise and global best practices.

The UNESCO Chair at RANEPA served as the lead developer of the educational framework, incorporating contemporary approaches to strategic planning, resource management, and innovative investor engagement. For NAIDA, the UNESCO Chair's involvement was a guarantee of academic excellence and practical value for specialists from regional investment agencies and development corporations.

During the first module, participants explored global trends in investment policy, examined the specifics of project implementation supported by the Industrial Development Fund, and studied modern methods of investment decision-making and project performance evaluation.

Particular attention was given to applied topics: investment project presentations, rating-based assessment methods, and strategies for attracting investment under conditions of economic uncertainty.
