Call for Papers: International Conference "Science and Education: Strategic Priorities in an Era of Global Challenges"

TISBI University of Management has opened the call for papers for the international scientific and practical conference "Science and Education: Strategic Priorities in an Era of Global Challenges". The conference will take place on 3–4 December 2026 in Kazan at the university (13 Mushtari Street). It will be held in a hybrid format, so participants can join in person or online.

The organisers include the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, TISBI University of Management and its UNESCO Chair "Quality Education and Training of Specialists for Sustainable Development", Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Baishev University (Kazakhstan), Belarusian State Technological University, and the International Academy of Psychological Sciences.

The programme includes a plenary session and seven discussion panels:

1. Humanities and Education in the Face of Global Challenges: Values, Identity, Dialogue of Cultures.

2. Regional Development and Economic Sovereignty: Strategies for Modernisation and New Industrialisation in a Changing World Order.

3. Legal Education Policy in the Context of Globalisation: Sustainable Development, Digital Accessibility and Openness.

4. Strategic ESG Management: From Projects to Sustainability, Adaptation to Change, Effective Solutions.

5. Digital Transformation of Science and Education: Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity.

6. Vocational Education as the Code of the Future: From Innovation to Effective Solutions.

7. Current Trends in Social Science Research.

Participants may give a presentation in person or via video link, submit a pre-recorded presentation, publish a paper without presenting, or attend as listeners. Papers may be submitted in Russian, Tatar, English, German or French. Papers authored solely by students are not accepted.

To take part, register on the conference website and send your paper and application form to the coordinator of your chosen panel by 20 November 2026. The participation fee is 100 roubles per page, with a minimum paper length of 5 pages, and is payable once the paper has passed an originality check.

Conference proceedings will be published with an ISBN and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). Selected papers will be recommended for publication in the Bulletin of TISBI University of Management, a journal on the list of the Russian Higher Attestation Commission (VAK).
